Book now for Xmas: Thee Faction, Grace Petrie & Eight Rounds Rapid

DDR DEC 2014

We know it’s early. But mid-December is a time of year when people get booked up. And you really don’t want to miss this. Check out the line-up. Do you think you’ll get a chance to see these three perform together again? Tickets are far cheaper in advance – 6 quid each, against 8 on the night – so book now and get it all inked into your diary. London is leaving its gig of the year ’til December 15th. Don’t miss it.

The Half Moon is really easy to get to. Short walk from Putney Bridge District Line, or Putney mainline (15 mins from Waterloo, ten from Vauxhall, five from Clapham Junction). Buses galore. This is an unmissable socialist yuletide knees-up. Come.

Thee Faction play the ‘Stow Festival 13/9/14

Nov 5 stow fest

Brass Kapital trombone commissar Nineteen Nineteen lives in E17. Which means we get to play the ‘Stow Fest. Last year was immense. But this year it’s going to be even bigger. The November Five, staunch comrades but, equally importantly, a superb band whose last album is a constant feature on Kassandra Krossing and Baby Face’s hi-fi, have asked us to join them for a Rock’n’Soul Revue which promises to be the highlight of ‘Stow Fest, and perhaps the highlight of live music in Walthamstow in 2014. You get two bands at the peak of their powers – we will be playing a Greatest Hits set that will keep your feet tapping and your class consciousness proletarian – but you also get Northern Soul DJs who are straight out of the top drawer. You really need to come to this.

You know what’s going to seal the deal? The ticket price. A fiver on the door, comrade. We’ll see you there.

At the Buffalo Bar (28/11) we launch our new EP

Customer (featuring Attila the Stockbroker)

Relentless (featuring Judy Dyble)

Thee Faction’s Christmas Song

This new EP will be available at our next London gig. On the 28th November. Buffalo Bar. With Keith TOTP and his Minor UK Indie Celebrity All-Star Backing Band. And also with Abdoujaparov (Fruitbat off of out of Carter USM’s current band). Here’s a taster:

Attila will be joining us on stage. Judy will be there too. Everything else we’re doing in London for the rest of 2013 is already sold-out. So if you want to see us in London, it’s got to be this one. It’s also a chance to pick up a load of Thee Faction records for Xmas presents. So bring money. And wear your best clothes.

Here’s all you need to know about the gig and how to get tickets.

See you there.
