They Shall Not Pass: 74 Years since the Battle of Cable Street

Seventy four years ago today the people of East London stood up to Moseley and his fascists. I can’t imagine we  need to say any more, except to remind you that it is only through people like you taking a stand and not allowing fascism to rear its ugly head again that we can keep the ugliest of ideologies underground. So next time numbers are called for to combat the EDL, BNP or any other gruesome Nazi organisation, stand up and be counted. Don’t let any sectarian nonsense between anti-fascist organisations cloud the vital goal of stamping out fascism.
